RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Shape Her, we want every woman to feel confident and comfortable with her purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • 30-day return period
  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • No restocking fees

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at info@shapeher.com.

  • Please include your order number with your return request.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, kindly include a photo or video of the issue.
  • Items such as underwear and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Returns sent without tracking remain the responsibility of the sender.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you still need help, contact us at info@shapeher.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@shapeher.com.

Incorrect Item or Size

If you receive the wrong item or size, we will cover the costs of sending the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please email info@shapeher.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Missing Orders

If your package is delayed or missing in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be found:

  • We will send a replacement item if available.
  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose a full refund or a replacement of similar value.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, additional handling and return shipping fees may apply. Please ensure packages are collected before requesting a return.
